Most businesses are delivering training. Most are still falling short.
I came across this in a DataCamp and YouGov report this week. Only 35% of leaders say they have a mature, organisation wide upskilling program.
Bright Horizons released their 2026 Workforce Outlook the same week. When employers actively provide AI training, adoption jumps from 25% to 76%.
Three times higher.
And 85% of employees said they would be more loyal to an employer who invests in their development.
The right AI training gives you a competitive advantaage.
Without fail, every AI rollout I have seen succeed started exactly there.
