Meet Tracy

A co-founder of Nuovo Insights, Tracy is an experienced change leader working at the intersection of people, psychology and technology.
With more than 25 years of experience across the UK and Australia, Tracy has led technology change programs in organisations of almost every size and sector. From owner-led businesses and local services through to some of the largest and most complex institutions in the world. Her career spans the UK's National Health Service, the United Nations, NSW Government departments including Transport for NSW and the Department of Communities and Justice, and early years working with technology providers in the legal sector, all giving her a rare perspective across industries including health, justice, legal, transport, government, and commercial enterprise.
What has stayed consistent across every role and every sector is her approach. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Applied Psychology and brings that lens into every engagement. She doesn't see technology adoption as a rollout; she sees it as a human experience. And she has spent two decades helping leaders and teams navigate it with clarity and confidence.
At Nuovo Insights, Tracy works with small and medium businesses because local businesses deserve the same quality of thinking that big organisations take for granted, without the price tag or the complexity.

Meet Joe

Joe Attanasio is a co-founder of Nuovo Insights and brings more than 30 years of experience as a C-level technology executive across some of Australia's most complex organisations.
Joe has held Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer roles across a wide range of industries including health, transport, logistics, financial services, energy, asset management, and Commonwealth and State government. His career spans household names including ANZ Banking Corporation, Deutsche Bank, Roads and Maritime Services, Australian Customs and Border Protection, and Kincare Health Services. That breadth means Joe has seen technology work and fail across virtually every sector, at every scale.
What sets Joe apart is how he thinks about technology. Throughout his career, he has consistently led from a business outcomes perspective first, and a technology perspective second. Whether he was leading a $150 million risk transformation, introducing AI and robotics into aged care, or building an entire technology capability from scratch, the question he always started with was the same: what does this need to do for the business and the people who depend on it?
Joe translates complex technology decisions into plain business terms, helps owners understand what's genuinely worth investing in, and makes sure any solution fits how the business works today and where it's heading tomorrow.
