A co-founder of Nuovo Insights, Tracy leads the change management practice.
With double degrees in psychology and over 25 of experience in driving end-to-end organisational change and digital transformation in a variety of industries, Tracy is accustomed to working with all levels of the organisation to make change stick. From coaching leaders to working with staff to increase their capability and skills, Tracy focuses on putting people first in every technology-driven change.
Tracy is passionate about the impact AI is making in our workplaces for current and future generations.

A co-founder of Nuovo Insights, Joe leads the technology advisory practice.
With over 30 years experience in technology and transformation, Joe started his career in infrastructure before moving into risk management and security, going onto becoming a C-level Executive leading large corporate, technology, digital and data teams across diverse industries.
Joe has always put business objectives and outcomes first, with technology strategies and execution plans to match.
